We are committed to provide a clean, quiet, safe and affordable accommodation to students. All our properties are compliant to the building code and have full business license as a rental property where applicable. Each room is equipped with CO and smoking detectors for your safety.

Our kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, induction cooktop, microwaves, toasted ovens, microwave oven and exhaust fan direct to outside. There are lots of cupboard space for every tenant to share. 

 

All rooms come with a bed with mattress, a full size desk with plenty of drawer space and a chair. Each room either comes with a built in closet. Some room have a dresser or full size wardrobe with lots of storage space.

 

A washer and dryers are also available for use.
