OUR ROOMS
Jennifer is a spacious rental property with over 3000 square feet of living space. It boasts 9 fully furnished bedrooms, 4 on the second floor, 2 on the main floor, and 3 in the basement. Room sizes range from 100 to 200 square feet, with every room featuring a bed, chair, large desk with ample drawer space, and a good-sized closet, shelving, wardrobe, or dresser.
There are two full bathrooms on the second floor and one full bathroom in the basement. Additionally, there is a convenient 2-piece powder room with a separate shower room on the main floor. Washer and dryer facilities are available for tenants to use, and utilities as well as unlimited high-speed internet access are included in the rental price.
The basement also features a spacious eating area complete with a refrigerator and sink, along with plenty of counter space and cupboards for sharing. Central air conditioning keeps you comfortable during hot summer days. Up to parking spaces are available.

Our house
Jennifer has 9 private bedrooms and four full bathrooms, 1 of which is an ensuite. It has an eat-in kitchen on main floor and a kitchenette in the basement.
Kitchen
Kitchen are fully equipped with stove, toasted oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and an extra freezer. There is also a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator in the basement.
Location
Jennifer locates in a quiet residential area in Peterborough University Heights. It is an ideal off campus student housing for Trent University.

Covenience
It is only 4 bus stops from Trent University by bus route 2, 3, 6 & 8. Nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes walk away with a short cut right adjacent to the house
