We are committed to provide a clean, quiet, safe and affordable accommodation to students. All our properties are compliant to the building code and have full business license as a rental property where applicable. Each room is equipped with CO and smoking detectors for your safety.

Most kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, stove, toasted ovens, microwave oven and exhaust fan direct to outside. There are lots of cupboard space for every tenant to use. An extra freezer is also provided for your convenience. In some residence, there is a separate kitchenet with its own fridge.

 

Most rooms come with a bed with mattress, a full size desk with plenty of drawer space and a chair. Each room either comes with a built in closet or full size wardrobe with lots of storage space.

 

For added convenience, all our properties are equipped with washers and dryers available for tenant use.
