Bathurst has 9 private bedrooms and four full bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. It has an eat-in kitchen on main floor and a kitchenette in the basement.

Kitchen are fully equipped with cooktop, toasted oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator. There is also a kitchenette with cooktop, toasted oven, microwave and refrigerator in the basement. A separate freezer for extra storage.

Location

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Peterborough North End. Northland Park with a ball diamond, tennis court, basketball court, annual outdoor skating rink is just opposite the house

It is only 8 bus stops from Trent University by bus route 6B. Nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes walk away.
