The main floor has a bathroom with a bathtub, while the basement has a second bathroom with a shower. Room 2 has a private bathroom with a shower. Tenants can take advantage of the washer and dryer located in the living space. Utilities and unlimited internet access are included. For added convenience, the basement also features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and oven. Plus, central air conditioning ensures tenants stay cool during hot summer days. Five parking spaces are available.

Our house

Abbey is less than 20 years old. It has 9 private bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It has a huge kitchen with spacious eat in area and a kitchenette with a fridge, bar sink, microwave and oven.

Kitchen

Kitchen are fully equipped with stove, full size oven, toasted oven, microwave oven and refrigerator. There is also a kitchenette with toasted oven, microwave and refrigerator in the basement. Extra freezer in utility room.

Location

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Peterborough East City. A convenient store and a restaurant is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Covenience

It is only 6 bus stops away from Trent University by Route 7 & 9. Bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Fleming College is about 25 minutes bus ride by route 9. It only takes a few minutes bus ride to downtown Peterborough.
