Abbey has 2700 square feet of living space. It has 9 bedrooms, 5 are above ground level with large windows and 4 in the basement. Size ranges from 120 sq ft to 190 sq ft. The main bathroom locates in main floor with a bath tub. The 2nd bathroom has a shower and is located in the basement. There is a third bathroom with a shower that is for the private use of Room 2. All bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed, a large desk with plenty of drawer space. Every room has a good size closet or shelving. Washer and dryer is available for tenants to use. Utilities and unlimited internet access are included. Basement has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and an oven.

Our house

Abbey is less than 20 years old. It has 9 private bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It has a huge kitchen with spacious eat in area and a kitchenette with a fridge, bar sink, microwave and oven.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Peterborough East City. A convenient store and a restaurant is just a couple of minutes walk away.

Both regular and express bus to Trent University is within 2 minutes walk. Trent University is only 5 bus stop away. Getting to Peterborough downtown is very convenient.
